Tour Overview
Your adventure begins just outside downtown Moab, where the red rock landscape rises into dramatic fins and canyon ridges. After a brief check-in and safety orientation, you’ll climb into a UTV for a guided off-road ride up to the launch platform. The ride alone feels like an adventure, winding through desert terrain with wide-open views of canyon country and the distant La Sal Mountains.
At the top, your guides walk you through a detailed safety briefing and gear fitting. Harnesses are double-checked. Helmets secured. Systems inspected. You’ll learn proper body positioning, braking techniques, and what to expect on each line. Whether you’ve zip-lined before or this is your first time, you’ll feel confident before stepping up to the edge.
Then comes the moment.
You clip in, take a breath, and launch.
The first zip line sends you soaring over open desert air, high above sandstone ledges and canyon gaps. As you glide across the cable, the views expand beneath you to red rock formations, desert valleys, and endless Utah sky. Each of the six zip lines offers a slightly different length, building excitement as you move from one to the next.
Between lines, you’ll hike short sections of scenic terrain and cross a suspension bridge high above the canyon floor. The bridge adds just enough exposure to make your heart beat a little faster while giving you time to take in the scenery.
This experience blends adrenaline and awe. It’s fast enough to thrill, scenic enough to impress, and structured carefully so guests of varying comfort levels can participate.
From families with adventurous kids to couples seeking something unforgettable, this Moab zipline tour delivers the perfect mix of excitement, scenery, and professional guidance.

Dress comfortably for an active outdoor adventure in the desert.
Recommended Clothing
- Long pants for comfort in the harness
- T-shirts or tops long enough to tuck in
- Closed-toe shoes with good traction
- Long hair tied back
Short shorts are not recommended, as harnesses can be uncomfortable against bare skin. Flip flops and open-toe shoes are not permitted. Baseball caps may be worn under helmets. Wide-brim hats do not fit properly under the required safety helmets.
What to Bring
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses with a retention strap
- Small backpack
- Plenty of water for your group (we can’t stress this enough!)
Your backpack will stay secured with you while ziplining.
Guests are welcome to bring cameras or phones to capture the experience. For safety, devices must be secured with a strap or tether attached to your wrist or harness. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Is there an age or weight requirement?
For safety and proper equipment fit, guests must be at least 8 years old, weigh at least 60 pounds, and weigh no more than 275 pounds.
Is this experience challenging?
This adventure combines moderate walking with high-adrenaline ziplines. It’s thrilling but suitable for most healthy adults and older children.
Can I bring a camera/GoPro?
You are welcome to bring your camera, cellphone, or video recorder on the tour. The views from our zipline course are incredible, and you will definitely want photos.
However, you are responsible for your own recording devices. We strongly recommend using a secure strap or tether to attach your device to your wrist, harness, or helmet. When not in use, keep it safely stored in your backpack.
Can I Bring a GoPro?
Absolutely. We offer helmets with GoPro mounts so you can capture epic point-of-view footage while ziplining.
Alternate mounts are allowed, but please note that chest mounts are not ideal. Your harness and safety equipment may block the camera’s view while riding the lines.

I am only a few weeks pregnant. Can I participate?
For safety reasons, pregnant guests may not participate in our Zipline tours. While we would love to have you join us, this is a risk we are not willing to take. We appreciate your understanding.
What if I decide to opt out during the tour?
If a participant chooses to stop early, one of our guides will escort you back to the vehicles. You will wait there until the group completes the course and then ride back down with the rest of your tour.
Can I ride along just to watch if I don’t want to zipline?
No. All guests on tour must purchase a full seat.
Because the course travels from one zip line to another across Sand Flats terrain, non-participants would be required to remain at the first platform area for most of the tour. The remaining zip lines are not visible from that location, and you would be waiting approximately 1.5 hours.
For that reason, we do not recommend booking a seat for spectating only.

The boat ride was beautiful and our bartender/hostess/dance leader Tasha was so much fun. The guitarist was very talented. After the ride the food was delicious. No complaints and we’re so happy we decided to do it.Posted on Becky CretinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We really enjoyed this ! The food was good. The service by Matt and Captain Ron was excellent. Tasha was interesting as the boat narrator. The light show was beautiful. Highly recommend this tour!!Posted on Matt RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beautiful boat ride through the canyon! Dinner was also great.Posted on Jim OverturfTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Food was very good. All you can eat. The plain beef was great. The boat tour is a little shortened due to water levels. The boat tour light show was nice but the accompanying recorded music and history were a little on the religious side. But, it's Utah. I guess you have to expect that.
